- How does the free trial work?
- 7 days of full Pro access. We collect your card upfront so the subscription continues seamlessly when the trial ends; you can cancel any time before day 7 and you won't be charged. Cancel after that and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
- Is there a permanent free tier?
- Yes. Free is forever. You get 20 providers per search, 3 searches per day, A to Z sort, and all specialty presets. Pro adds bigger searches, filters, CSV downloads, verified emails, saved searches, and the outreach pipeline.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal on your account page. You keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
- What happens if I downgrade?
- Your saved searches, pipeline stages, notes, and templates stay put. You lose access to Pro tools like verified emails, weekly alerts, AI drafting, and CRM adapters until you upgrade again.
- Do you offer team pricing?
- Agency includes multiple seats on request. Email support@quemra.com if you have 5+ people or want a custom arrangement.
