Getting started

The basics before your first search.

  • Why do you need my email?

    First-time users confirm an email so the product stays useful for real ABA operators. We send one email: the verification code. That's it.
  • What does the free tier include?

    Free gives you 20 providers per search, A to Z sort, 3 searches per day, and all the specialty presets. Pro and Agency unlock unlimited searches, up to 200 per search, sort + filter controls, CSV download, verified emails, and the outreach pipeline. See pricing or start a 7-day Pro trial.
  • How current is the data?

    Each search builds a fresh list for the ZIP, radius, and specialties you choose. Email status, ratings, and website signals are checked again when the search runs.

Sending outreach

How emails go out, where replies land, and what gets tracked.

  • How does the Gmail connection work?

    From your account page, click Connect Gmail. You’ll see Google’s standard OAuth screen. The only Gmail permission is send email on your behalf; Google also asks for the basic email identity scopes we use to show which inbox is connected. We do not read your inbox or access existing messages. Once connected, the “Send” button on every provider row sends from your real address. Replies thread back into your Gmail like any other conversation.
  • Can I email multiple providers at once?

    Yes. On any unlocked search, tick the checkbox in the corner of each row, then click Email all. Write one subject and body with merge tokens like {{firstName}}, preview the rendered version, and Quemra paces up to 25 sends per click with a 250ms gap between each so Gmail stays happy.
  • What happens to my pipeline when I send?

    Sending from a row automatically promotes the provider from cold (or unset) to contacted. We never demote, so if you’ve already moved someone to replied or meeting, sending again won’t roll them back. Manual stage edits always win.
  • Where can I see what I've sent?

    Two places. Every provider row shows a green “Contacted Xd ago” badge once you’ve emailed them, with the last subject in the tooltip. The Outreach section of your account is a full activity log with weekly stats.

Why some rows look richer than others.

  • Why don't I see emails for some providers?

    Some practices do not publish a verifiable email. When that happens, we show the best site contact we can find with a grey “Site contact” badge. You can still type a different recipient into the Send dialog if you already know who should get the message.

Billing & plans

Trials, cancellations, and plan changes.

  • How does the free trial work?

    Seven days of full Pro access. We collect your card upfront so the subscription continues seamlessly when the trial ends; cancel any time before day 7 and you won’t be charged. Cancel after that and you keep access through the end of the billing period.
  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal on your billing page. You keep access through the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. No phone call, no retention dance.
  • What happens if I downgrade?

    Your saved searches, pipeline stages, notes, and templates stay put. You lose access to verified emails, weekly alerts, AI drafting, and native CRM adapters until you upgrade again.

Privacy & data

What we keep and how to delete it.

  • Is this HIPAA-relevant?

    No. Quemra is for provider outreach. It does not store patient data or show patient information.
  • How do I delete my data?

    Email support@quemra.com and we’ll wipe the lead row that contains your email from the database within seven days. If you’ve connected Gmail, the OAuth token is revoked and deleted the moment you disconnect from the account page.
