About
Why this exists.
A short note from the person who builds Quemra.
ABA agencies grow on referrals. The people who send those referrals are pediatricians, school psychologists, early intervention coordinators, and speech and OT practices. They are all listed in the federal NPI registry, which is public, free, and close to unusable if you are trying to build a working outreach list from it.
The options were a marketing retainer at a couple thousand a month, enterprise referral software that will not take a small agency’s call, or an afternoon of copying rows into a spreadsheet that goes stale the week you make it. Quemra is the fourth option: search a ZIP, get the providers near you, and keep the follow-up attached to the provider instead of scattered across your sent folder.
It is built and run by one person, Gedaliah. That is not a growth story, it is a service commitment: emails to support get answered by the person who wrote the code, and the roadmap is shaped by what agencies actually ask for rather than by a quarterly plan.
What Quemra will not do
- Pay, reward, or offer anything of value to a referral source. Paying for healthcare referrals is a crime under federal and state law, and no version of this product will ever ship that feature.
- Send anything you have not seen. Outreach goes out from your own mailbox, over your signature, at your direction.
- Touch patient information. Quemra works on public provider directory data. See the security and data handling page for exactly what is and is not stored.
- Invent numbers. There are no fabricated customer counts, testimonials, or success stats anywhere on this site. When there are results worth showing, they will be real ones.
Quemra is in beta. Things will be rough in places. If you find one, tell me and it gets looked at the same day.
